1.- ACCESS AND REGISTRATION

Vídeo 1: Creating an Account and First Log in

Welcome to the SEA-EU Joint Programmes Admission Platform. In this video, we’ll guide you through the steps to create your account and log in in for the first time.

  1. Step 1 - Access the Platform: Start by visiting the admission platform via the link provided on the official SEA-EU joint programmes website.
  2. Step 2 - Register a new account: Click on 'Log in / Sign up', and then select  'Don’t have an account? Sign up here’. Fill in your full name, identity card or passport number, and e-mail address.
  3. Step 3 - Email confirmation: You will receive an email with a confirmation link. Please check your inbox and click the link to activate your account. If you don’t see the email, remember to check your SPAM folder.
  4. Step 4 - Credentials display: After confirming your email, you will be redirected to the admission platform, where your username and password will be displayed on the screen.
    Make sure you save this information in a secure place. You can download it as a file or print it and store it safely.
  5. Step 5 - First login: Return to the platform and enter your email and password to log in.

Vídeo 2: How to Reset or Change your Password

Forgot your password or want to change it? This video will show you how to reset or update your password securely.

  1. Step 1 - Forgot password: On the login screen, click on ‘Having trouble logging in? Click here for help’. Then, enter the ID Card or Passport No. you used when creating your account, and click ‘Continue’.
  2. Step 2 - Change your password: To change your password, click on ‘Change Password’. Fill in the form with your Username, Current Password, and New Password. Once you’ve completed the form, click ‘Accept’.
  3. Step 3 - Recover password: If you forgot your password, click on ‘Recover Password’. Enter the ID Card or Passport No. you used during registration, then click ‘Accept’.
  4. Step 4 - Check email: Check your inbox for a password reset email. Click the link in the message to continue.
  5. Step 5 - Set new password: Now, enter your new password. Remember: it must be strong and secure — at least 8 characters long, with a number and a special character. Confirm the new password, then click ‘Accept’.

That’s it! You can now log in using your new password. If you run into any issues, don’t hesitate to contact our support team.

Vídeo 3: What to Do If You Can’t Access Your Account

Having trouble accessing your account? This video will help you identify and solve common login issues.

  1. Step 1 - Check your email and password: First, make sure you're using the correct email address and the password you received when you confirmed your account. Keep in mind: both fields are case-sensitive.
  2. Step 2 - Account not confirmed: If you haven’t confirmed your account using the email link, you won’t be able to log in. Search your inbox for the confirmation email. If you can’t find it, don’t forget to check your SPAM or junk folder.
  3.  Step 3 - Reset your password: If you're still having issues and you're not sure about your password, click 'Having trouble logging in? Click here for help' , then select ‘Recover Password’ and follow the instructions from the previous video.
  4. Step 4 - Still can't access? If none of these steps work, contact our Technical Support Team. Make sure to include your Full Name, the Email Address linked to your account, and a detailed description of the issue.
